Member-Leader Driven Business Networking Group [*** FOR A MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION CLICK HERE] BYLAWS Overview: NetWorthLeaders is a leader-driven, goal-oriented business networking group that supports and learns about other members and their businesses, in an effort to discover ways to help each other ‘grow our business.’ No more than one “type” of business or entity will be allowed to join; related businesses’ ability to mesh, in order to achieve the group’s common goal, will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the existing members.
Membership: all attendees not officially on the roster as members in good standing as of August 23, 2007 shall be required to apply to the Membership committee via formal written application. o Membership Committee will consist of the following members: David Lange & Becky Reeder. o Nonmembers are allowed 2 visits, and application will be required prior to a 3rd visit. o When Membership Committee receives application, email announcement will go out informing members of same; prior to Committees decision. Members are encouraged to confidentially voice any concerns (positive and/or negative) to either member of the Membership Committee, by email, phone, or personal visit. o Membership committee approval/denial communication will be administered to the applicant prior to a 3rd visit. o If applicant is invited to become a member, $50 entry fee will be remitted to the treasurer, and a verbal acknowledgement of agreement with NetWorthLeaders Bylaws, is required at the next attended meeting.
Dues: Members after April 1, 2008 will remit $20 per month to the treasurer, and made out to “NetWorthLeaders.” Receipts will be provided by the treasurer after the meeting.
Communication: promptness, and courteous communication to an attending member prior to absences or late arrivals is encouraged. If communication is impossible prior, a post-absence communication would be appreciated. If a member decides to opt-out of the group, naturally the same kind of courteous communication to the group would be appreciated, thereby “giving someone else a chance” in the nearer future than if the members are forced to guess.
